"Staff was incredibly rude pushing me out after hearing my truck was stolen from their parking lot. I explained I would be extending my stay since I had no way to leave but needed to call the police first. They kept banging on my door and calling the room over and over while I tried to make my report - it was insanely crazy how they treated me after knowing my situation "
"Very cool little place. Had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. Really liked having the gated in porch so our two small dogs could hang out outside without running away."
"I didn't eat the breakfast because i had plans for that meal
The place was clean, my bathroom door handle was broke no fixed, offend another room but stuff was in the room. 2 disability people too much work to move. There other room problems 3rd party booking site gave me 1 night back. Free parking handicapped ♿️ in back one space worked out great by the pool. To cold use the pool. Overall good stay. If you in town good hotel just a bit overpriced for 5 nights for yhe room i had and its problems.it was almost the last room at the end long walk. If you have no problems walking and the tolit isn't running all night the light at the door doesn't flicker it would be perfect. This might be a me problem. Don't care for the TV system my mom who is 76 could keep from messing it up. She is a long time ild fashion cable user not an app person. I was not in the room much. Its nice right there off the I 10 easy on easy off one exit from Az."
"The pool and hot tub area were OK, a little cool on the latter. The fridge they had worked, but no ice or ice trays included. Bring your own trays. Make sure you go to the exact address, KOA park is close by. We couldn't find any towels at first, then found them in the closet when we were leaving - oh well. Also, the WiFi/TV connection did not work at all, even when we used their included info."
