"Check in, check out takes horribly long time. Didn’t get the products included. When complaining about it, they didn’t even say sorry. Not really a dog friendly place.
Thermal water was nice. Though you have to walk a lot to get to the pool"

"The hotel was completly renovated in 2021. All pictures are found in description are real.
Everything was clean, and staff daily asked for change.
The half-board assortment is very wide, both breakfast and supper.
The staff is very helpful.
There is a closed corridor to nearby indoor spa. Free bathrobe in room.
On-site parking-spots are limited and payable, but staff offered a nearby off-site location with free parking possibility.
During our stay there was live music in lobby, but nice, not...
