"All the staff were wonderful from the front desk staff, to the bar and restaurant staff. Very functional room with many windows and lovely views over Delft. Excellent breakfast each day and we ate dinner here a few times too. Very central location right next to the station. Would definitely recommend it. Very much appreciated the little treats left in the room and the ones handed out by front desk staff. 10 out of 10."

"Lovely nature-theme decor with tasty daily breakfast at GAIA Cafe downstair. Service is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room has an alcove furnished with bunkbed, a perfect hideaway for our teenagers who say this is their best hotel stay yet! Hotel is conveniently located in Oude Delft, within a short walk from the train and tram stations, the Oude Kerk Nieuwe Kerk, Musee Prinsenhof Delft, Royal Delft Museum and TU Delft. Rotterdam and Den Haag are a short train/tram ride away. Excellent value! "

"We stayed in the junior suite for 4 nights with our bernese mountaindog. The room was very spacious and nice, and had a small kitchen as well as a huge bathroom. Stairs were narrow and steep, but our 6 years old dog could manage them. Overall a very pleasant stay, really close to the center and the central station. "
