    Welcome to the outdoor/adventure lover's paradise!



    It is located on a large 10-acre private lot with beautiful Pine River frontage. The property is paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. You will enjoy daily wildlife sightings all while surrounded by towering Birch, Cedars, and Pines. The well appointed interior offers three bedrooms and two baths on a split floor plan that provides space and privacy.



    The upper level contains two of the bedrooms, one bathroom, and the kitchen that flows freely into the living room and upper level wrap around deck. The large windows and full wall of glass doors provide beautiful views from every room.



    The lower level consists of one bedroom and one bathroom as well as a spacious rec room. The large rec room has a TV area with sleeper sofa, and full wall of sliding glass doors that connect you to the lower level deck. On the lower level deck, guests will enjoy a covered sitting area and porch swing.



    Just a short walk from the lower deck, The Pine River offers excellent fishing right from the bank/dock. If fishing isn't for you, settle into one of the provided kayaks and paddle down the slow-moving river out to Lake Huron. Trail riders can bring their ATVs/Snowmobiles and access trails right from the cottage or trailer to one of many nearby trail heads. There is plenty of space for trailer parking and an easy turn around.



    The cottage is conveniently located near all of the Upper Peninsula's sightseeing attractions. Mackinac Island (about 15 minute drive to the ferry dock), Les Cheneaux Islands (10 minutes), De Tour Village and Drummond Island (45 minutes), Pictured Rocks, Kitch-iti-kipi Springs, Whitefish Point, Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum and many amazing hiking/ATV/Snowmobile trails. The quaint town of St. Ignace is 15 minutes away and provides everything you need for groceries, shopping, and restaurants.



    Our home is conveniently located close to all UP famous attractions. Mackinac Island, Mackinac Bridge, Mackinaw City, St. Ignace, Sand Dunes Beach, Pictured Rocks National Park, Shipwreck Museum, Whitefish Point, The Bear Ranch, Deer Ranch, Mystery Spot, Hiawatha National Forest, Castle Rock, camping, boating, fishing, water, fun are all very close! Wintertime activities include snowmobile trails right across the road and ice fishing on inland lakes all around.

    15 miles to ferries for Mackinac Island
