"We have stayed here before but this time we had a 2 bedroom upstairs unit looking over the Esplanade. Didn’t realise at time of booking but it was hot rod weekend so perfect spot to watch them run up and down the Esplanade. Facilities are adequate but I think if a family booked, they might get a little frustrated that there’s only 4 of each piece of crockery and cutlery and no dishwasher. Bit of a hiccup as no tea towels on arrival but that was quickly resolved. Across the road to the beach and...

"It was a super quiet and relaxing stay. Hosts are gracious and left us to ourselves after letting us know the in's and out's of the unit. It's only a short hop into Hervey Bay and keeps you out of the bustle of the rest of the holiday goers and locals of the Bay. Street is super quiet."

"Comfortable unit close to beach. Great to be able to park right outside unit and also great having basic kitchenette facilities."

"I only have two small negatives. The TV is tucked into the corner of the lounge room. There is a pedestal fan mounted in the bedroom which is quite noisy. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay."

"Definitely not five star, but a quite acceptable 3-4 star property - clean and tidy, and in a great location.Only minor concern was that the fenced in security carpark was completely full on our Saturday evening arrival, so we had to park on the street - however, no issues finding a secure space on Sunday and Monday"
