"The property was great. We were welcomed by the owner and treated with cake, water and wine. The one issue was Crete was much larger than we expected and property is located in the middle of the island. We were not able to explore as much as we wanted due to our time constraints. The property located on a closed military establishment with homes interspersed and restaurants along the coast. Washer worked great tho instructions were in Greek and took much longer to do a load than expected....

"This villa was probably one of the best we have stayed at, situated up in the mountains with complete privacy. It was spotlessly clean and the pool was perfect!! The outside space was just amazing as shown in the pictures. We would highly recommend this villa and will definitely be going back. (You will need to hire a car)"

We barely were inside, and didnt turn on a television all week, because of how comfortable the outdoor space was. "Very clean and with everything you need. Very nice touch was a plentiful supply of fruits, cheeses, breads and crackers. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very nice view to the ocean and a lot of outdoor sitting area. Not too many nearby restaurants but right next to highway so easy 10 minute drive to Heroklion city and airport. Owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend it!"
