Die Anlage war sehr sauber, das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sauber.das einzige Manko war das Frühstück keine Abwechslung die zwei Toaster waren zu klein um den Andrang zu bewältigen, dadurch dauerte es sehr lange bis man seine Toast emdlich fertig hatte, Die Lage zum Strand war wie beschrieben.

Frühstück katastrophal, unfreundliches Personal

Das Personal ist die absolute Katastrophe. Unfreundlich, Gäste bekommen beim Frühstück nicht einmal „Guten Morgen“ gesagt und bei Fragen bekommt man nur freche Antworten, sodass man sich schon fast für Fragen entschuldigen möchte. Das Frühstück war ungenießbar, wir haben uns unser Frühstück im Supermarkt gekauft und mit an den Frühstückstisch gebracht. Der Kaffee war ganz gut, allerdings ist nur Filterkaffee im Angebot. Bei der Anreise sagte man uns im übrigen, dass die vor Ort zu zahlende Tourismuspauschale 3€/Tag beträgt. Da in unseren Expedia Unterlagen 0,50€/Tag stand, haben wir den Manager freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dies bei Expedia doch bitte zu ändern, worauf wir die Antwort bekamen, dass das doch nicht sein Problem und Aufgabe sei und wir dies ja tun können... unglaublich.. Wir würden das Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!

החדר היה נורא קטן ולמרות שהזמנו חדר ושילמנו עבור שלושה גבו מחיר מלא על תינוק קיבלנו חדר לזוג ודרשו סכום נוסף להוסיף מיטת תינוק לצערי גם הוטלס לא עזרו במיוחד ולא התייחסו לתלונתי

Newly renovated area. Staff were super helpful and very nice. Location of hotel was close enough to the main strip of restaurants, yet far enough to make it a good evening stroll. Definitely would recommend for students traveling on a budget

Most awful hotel ever. Would not recommend it to anybody. Not a 4 star hotel, barely 1 star. The hotel is under maintenance. Manager was rude and arrogant. Booked a room with sofa bed and found a stretcher with a 3cm mattress. Asked him for another room and he asked me for another 30 euro per night. Paid him in cash for 45 euro instead of 90 euro without a receipt so that he wouldn't pay extra taxes. Buffet breakfast was a plate with 3 slices of cheese and ham, sliced bread for toast, and terrible coffee. The pool was empty and the rooms were full of mosquitoes. All day long were doing maintenance, could not rest even for 5 minutes.

Good location, half the staff friendly half not! Pool very small but clean and quiet. Breakfast awful, there was only bread to fill up on, tinned peaches! although fresh fruit everywhere around the resort. Limited cereal and pastries rock hard and small. Orange cordial to drink. Room big enough for a family of 4 but kitchen area unsafe and unclean, shower flooded the bathroom as broken and fridge leaked.

The perfect place to stay in the best location

I don't think it would've been possible to pick a better place to stay, both in terms of the hotel itself and its location. Nothing was ever too much for the hotel staff- they were always friendly and warm and willing to give advice and help. The rooms were cleaned impeccably every single day (which put us all to shame!) by the lovely staff, and the breakfast was amazing- there was something for everyone. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and lying on the sunloungers- the outside space was the perfect size, and always clean and tidy. Hersonissos was the best location for my friends and I (all 18 years); the atmosphere was so exciting, it was right by the sea, full of restaurants and bars and central to so many other places in crete- you could easily pick up coaches a few metres from the hotel door and travel to the most beautiful islands. I cannot recommend Artemis Hotel highly enough- it made the holiday and I would love to return some day.

stets bemüht trotzdem nur so naja

Gute Lage, schön frisch renoviertes Luxary Room, Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.... Leider werden die Handtücher nur alle drei Tage gewechselt, dreckige Gläser werden wenn überhaupt im Waschbecken einmal durchgespült und richtig gut saubergemacht wurde die Woche über auch leider nicht. Das Frühstück war leider sehr minimalistisch und keinesfalls abwechslungsreich (Filterkaffee, Toasbrot, so gut wie nie Obst) Zudem waren die anderen Gäste ziemlich Laut, sind nachts in den Pool gesprungen, der nun man direkt vor unserer Tür war...also für Junges Partyvolk ist dieses Hotel mit Sicherheit empfehlenswert Zusammenfassen kann man sagen, dass wenn man nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbringen will ist es okay

Hotel très bien pour un séjour court pour visiter la région mais pas pour se prélasser au bord de la piscine (très petite) . La région d'hersonissos est hyper touristique il faut un véhicule pour bouger . Sinon le personnel est très sympa et au service du client . l'hotel est bien situé pas trop prés des bars mais à proximité des commerces . A recommander .

Nous étions les premiers et les seul à louer cette semaine . Alors que suivant votre annonce sncf il ne resté plus que 2 chambres de libre cette semaine.... Hôtel horrible à eviter

N'y allez surtout pas les photos sont mensongères, les prestations n'existent absolument pas. Le gérant est arrogant et n'accepte la critique. Le petit déjeuner est horrible pas de cacao ou lait chaud, pas de viennoiseries, café sans goût. La demi-pension inexistante, cet établissement n'a même pas de cuisine, la nourriture provient d'un prestataire extérieur qui la fait parvenir dans un coffre de voiture dans des boîtes en plastique réchauffées au micro-onde. La piscine est un nid à microbes(voir les photos) Malheureusement je me suis fait avoir par les commentaires positifs rédigés vraisemblablement par le gérant lui même. Un conseil n'y allez pas. Convenient hotel

Staff tried to be helpful. Wifi only worked in lobby. Air Conditioner was weak and leaked water frequently. I almost slipped on this on the middle of the night. Breakfast was so-so.
