"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It has a beautiful view of the countryside, way up high on the mountain top and it overlooks a lovely monastery. We loved that it had two bathrooms and two bedrooms. This is a very roomy home. I could have spent a month here enjoying the solitude as we love being in small mountain villages. The owner has thought of everything. We felt right at home."

"Felt so lucky to find Valley View Lodge! If you’re looking for a place away from the tourist areas with quaint small village charm, this is it. Not much happening in the village but a walk around gives a feel for the quiet life away from the coast. Eat at the Golden Cage for dinner, the only restaurant in the old part of town. It was just missing some AC in 1 bedroom upstairs and the shower in the bathroom didn’t have enough pressure..
