"Never left a review before but felt this was absolutely needed. What a superb hotel, I’ve stayed in many 5* all inclusive but this is at the top. Service exceptional, food quality was exquisite, I went for the swim up room which was just perfect - I have absolutely no faults and would recommend and come back again in the future. "This is no 5* star hotel. Superficially the hotel looks fine especially in the promotions, however in reality the facilities were poor and food was cold and uninspired. Rooms barely cleaned daily and amenities in room not replaced. The little touches of your normal 5* were not at this hotel. Had booked half board but gave up and ate out . Would recommend the Medsa and Island Restaurant (this is unrelated to the hotel)"
