"False fire alarm in middle of the night. Poor emergency management. Noisy building work starting @ 07:00 in the morning. Never again"

"Overall, the hotel is decent. The main issue is that it’s quite a long walk to the nearest railway station. Also, many trains that pass through this station don’t actually stop there. In my case, the train that was supposed to run once an hour simply didn’t show up. The facilities are generally in line with a three-star hotel, but the shower had very low water pressure, and the water was barely warm. The key card for the door kept not working, so I constantly had to go to the staff to have it replaced. This wasn’t just my issue — other guests experienced the same problem."

"Hotel is about 3 - 4 miles from airport. Room size was adequate. The biggest letdown was the state of the cleanliness, the washbasin was not clean. The shower cubicle was not clean and had hair on the floor. The worst bit was finding a pin on the floor of the toilet and the commode had not been cleaned after use. There was faeces in the commode. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean"

"We had a wonderful stay an the NH Brussels Airport. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the train station. Upon arrival, they had a complimentary water and snack station at check in, they also provided baked goods early in the morning for check out. We stayed in a family room, it was extremely clean and had toiletries available. We arranged an airport shuttle upon check in and check out was very smooth. I'd recommend staying here if you're looking for a place near the airport or public transportation outside the city."
