"The hotel was fine but had a issue with the staff. My kid bought a drink from there vending machine. The machine gave him the wrong drink. I asked the staff in the lobby if he could get his money back. They refused to help with this situation. They say they don’t own the machines so there is nothing they can do. I was irritated that a hotel would not take responsibility for machines that are in there lobby. I told them they could keep the drink because no one wanted it. I was very disappointed in how they handled the situation. I have stay at this hotel multiple times but I will no longer be staying here. "

"Killed 2 large bugs in the room the first 2 nights...suspiciously looked like cockroaches. Temperature control within the room was difficult. Water in the shower did not get hot. Location was convenient to train station but not in a comfortable, safe space. Staff was friendly and helpful."
