Gutes Business Hotel in der renovierungsphase

Alles okay. Es wird derzeit umgebaut bzw. Erneuert, zumindest in dem älteren Trakt. Restaurant und Frühstück gut.

Great hotel, Great location!

The hotel was much larger than we expected for the small town of Herrieden, but it was a very nice stay. The breakfast was very nice and we appreciated the scrambled eggs! The room was comfortable, but could use air conditioning in the warmer months. We look forward to coming back!

Offensichtlich haben wir, vielleicht weil wir nur eine Nacht über Expedia gebucht haben, ein sehr schlechtes Zimmer bekommen. Möbel, Bad und Ausstattung sind abgenutzt, auf dem Flur war teilweise schon der Fußbodenbelag entfernt. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Das Zimmer war leider recht staubig und einige Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich. Zudem weigerte sich das Hotel, eine Rechnung auszustellen. Das Badezimmer war sehr eng, und beim Duschen wurde der gesamte Raum nass.
