"The property was reasonably priced and had the amenities of a home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only stayed two nights, so we did not get a chance to use the kitchen or laundry room. But, I would come back for a longer stay. Fernandina Beach has nature, shops, and great restaurants. Our group biked, ate, and had lots of cocktails! On our drive out we stopped at the local thrift stores, always fun!"

The private path to the beach is directly across the parking lot from the condo. We enjoyed the pool and our teenage boys played tennis on the neighborhood courts. "We loved the accommodation, our only complaint was a distinct smell of someone having smoked in the room. We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. Other than that minor problem it was a perfect little getaway place"
