"When we arrived we were stunned by the panoramic view of the lake and the vastness of the patio and decks. I was thrilled by the fully equipped kitchen and the plentiful bathrooms and towels and pillows. Between the decks and hot tub we spent much of our time outside. The evenings were heavenly with the bright view of the stars and crickets down by the lake. The house is perfectly situated to explore downtown Sandpoint, Hope & Clark Fork. We found delicious pizza at The Old Ice House and wonderful cinnamon rolls and pies at Clark Fork Pantry. The theater room wasn’t something I thought necessary in a vacation rental but I’m now a believer! I was so impressed watching movies with the whole family in surround-sound in deep luxurious recliners. Better than any movie theater. We were all delighted with old-fashioned popcorn maker that completed the full experience. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy! Rebecca is friendly, kind and a fantastic communicator! We heard back within minutes whenever we reached out. Five stars! We hope to come back soon!"

"This was a cozy little cottage with fantastic scenery! It was the perfect spot to relax for the weekend. It has everything you need, too. We really enjoyed the sounds of wind in the trees and meeting the very friendly horses. Erika and Dieter were very friendly and made the check-in process a breeze. They are willing to assist as needed, but they also understand when you just want to relax on your own. We enjoyed the place so much that we hope to make it back sometime in the future!
