Relax in beautiful 1960 lakefront home located on the large Tsala Apopka Lake in Hernando, Florida. This home is professionally decorated in the cottage/shabby chic style and is warm, inviting and romantic. All of the home decor items and furniture are for sale from a home decor store, Velvet Cabbage! This is a quirky older home with lots of character. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the upper deck or patio overlooking the lake. There is a covered boat dock available for your boat or just fish off the dock and relax with the slow pace of Florida living.

Canoe, kayak and paddle boat available for use, adult over 18 must be on board.

This is part of the old Florida, which has natural springs and moss covered trees. Numerous natural spring parks are located less than 1 hour drive. Enjoy manatees, fishing and wildlife. Withlacoochee State Bicycle Trail is one mile from the house and covers 46 miles of Florida beauty.

The house is located one hour from Disney World and 1.5 hours from Tampa. It is close enough to the Florida attractions but away from the traffic and crowds. There are numerous golf courses located nearby and including some championship courses.

This is the perfect place for a week or a month. We offer weekly and monthly rental discount; escape the cold winter and come to Florida for much less than a hotel room.
