"The staff were genuinely friendly, and the bed was very comfortable—complete with a privacy curtain that made it feel cosy and private. I appreciated the spacious storage setup: two lockers and a drawer provided plenty of room for my belongings.
Despite being in a bunk bed, I didn’t notice any squeaking or movement when someone used the top bunk, which made for a restful experience. The blackout shutter on the window blocked out light completely, and the road outside was quiet at night—perfect for uninterrupted sleep.
The only thing I’d suggest is adding one more bathroom and shower room, especially for busier periods.
Location-wise, it’s not too far from Bordeaux city centre. I actually enjoyed the 40-minute walk into town—it was a pleasant way to start the day.

The room was okay—clean and suited for a short stay. The free parking was a big plus, with plenty of spaces available. For the price, the value felt fair. There were quite a few restaurants within walking distance, which was really convenient. The only complaint is that there’s no elevator, so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. "We chose this hotel as an overnight stay on a longer road trip. It was fine but the room was very small to fit a double bed plus 'loft' area with 2 twin beds. The air circulation was poor and the loft area very warm. Also the A/C struggled and had a constant drip right at the door. We put a cup under it, but eventually just turned it off. Lastly, for some reason we had to pay 'tax' on the breakfast that was included with the price of our room when booking.. Otherwise the stay was adequate to our needs and the staff congenial."
