The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is clean and close to the outlets which are awesome! Lots of great do going choices nearby and rooms are very nice. Have stayed numerous times while visiting my child at college and would stay again.

My third stay here on my travels west. Only 10 minutes from I 80. Great location and good brew pub next door. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Workers was very friendly. Place was nice even if it was under construction. Hot tub was nice but tiner didnt work. Pool was cold but nice. Only thing i found wrong was no luggage carriers

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. Every place smelled clean even in the elevators 👍 Great choices for breakfast. Loved the layout for breakfast……having the food separate from the seating area. This is one of the nices Hotels I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed at many in my 72 years.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Five stars for the staff. There was construction on the outside, but the inside also needs work. The wallpaper was peeling away from the windows, there was no hot water in our shower, the whirlpool didn't work in the hot tub, and water ran from the ceiling behind the paint in the pool area.

Excellent Hotel

This would have been a nearly perfect stay--the room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the restaurant next door was fabulous--but the pillows were awful. Either feather pillows which we hate, or hard and lumpy which were little better.

This hotel is located in a good place for shopping at Grove City Outlet Mall and close to dining. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is ready for overhaul and we heard is coming soon. Room placing should be coordinated better to keep groups separate from individuals.

The property was very dated for the price. Some of the staff were not very friendly and could not answer simple questions. For the price of the hotel I excepted much more. Usually I love the Hampton. I’ve stayed in a few other hotels around Grove City that I would definitely stay in again over the Hampton
