Ideally located at 123 Rue d’Angerville, just a few minutes from the beach.<br>La Casa Plume is a charming holiday home designed to accommodate up to 6 people. A comfortable and cosy interior. A private garden to enjoy the outdoors, close to the sea—an ideal location.<br>This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.<br><br>The house has one floor and is located near the town centre and the sea.<br><br>Once in the courtyard, you’ll enter through the entryway, where you’ll find a bathroom and a closet to store your coats and shoes.<br><br>Next, on your right, you’ll enter the living room with its 4-seater sofa and two wooden cylinders serving as a coffee table.<br>Opposite is the dining table with its four chairs and a bench.<br>On the left is the fully equipped kitchen:<br> -Central island<br> -stove<br> -microwave <br> -refrigerator/freezer<br> -Senseo coffee maker<br> -toaster<br> -kettle<br> -dishwasher<br> -dishes<br> -oven<br> -kitchen utensils<br><br>Next, you’ll find an adjoining living area with a sofa, a student desk, and a TV, along with books and board games.<br>You’ll also find an utility room equipped with a washing machine and all the necessary supplies for household maintenance.<br><br>Finally, on the ground floor, one last door leads to the garden with its outdoor furniture.<br><br>Back in the entryway, on your left this time, a staircase leads to the upper floor, which features a bathroom and three bedrooms.<br> - Master bedroom, 160×200 bed with walk-in closet<br> - Second bedroom, 140×200 bed<br> - Children’s bedroom: bunk bed and crib<br>The bathroom includes a bathtub, a single-person vanity with mirror, and a second toilet.<br><br>Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, tea towels, bath mats, and sheets for the double bed).
