This idyllic family household offers large open area's and a wide range of rooms to choose from. The household has a battery setup for load-shedding. Well divided between the upstairs and downstairs living area's both offering large lounges, bedrooms, patios and smart Tv's .

Upstairs offers the most incredible ocean views right from the comfort of your any of the three upstairs bedrooms with a large balcony area to braai, socialize and dine around.

Downstairs offers a large lounge and dinning area with a multiple fridge's fully equipped, many board games to choose from and outside braai area perfect for any day of the week.
