The buffet breakfast had a wide selection, with excellent quality local food staples. I would definitely come back and stay for longer to thoroughly explore the surrounding area."

"This is a small guesthouse which is operated by the owners. They are very gracious and welcoming! It's an older building which has been renovated to modern standards. Sits directly across from the waterfront and the ferry dock. The ferries are battery operated and are surprisingly quiet."

"Such an historic beautiful old hotel in Solvorn, Norway for our last stay before leaving the country. We just so happened to arrive the evening of the biggest storm in the last 25 years and our room was right in front of the ferry/dock to see all the action. As we arrived later in the day we were too exhausted to dine there so they brought us nice sandwiches and champagne upon arrival too."
