Plenty of space for our group of 6, adorable back yard, and walking distance to everything in town. A great place to stay to enjoy all Hermann has to offer!
Have stayed here twice now and will ALWAYS choose this house! Beautifully decorated home, ideal location in town, and hosts are the best! Great communication!
The house is comfortable , check in was very easy. We slept well and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for allowing us to relax and enjoy friends in your beautiful home.
The house was everything we were looking for in a long weekend trip to Hermann! It was cozy, comfy, very clean, and most importantly, very well located to walk anywhere within the historic district. The kitchen was well stocked for whatever you might need (we didn't cook, but there was plenty of everything) and it was a super easy checkout - just a few items to tidy up. We would definitely stay again!
Love the location of this property! Very walkable to restaurants and stores. The kitchen has a lot to accommodate a big group. Could use a little deep cleaning under the pull out couch and kitchen floor. Overall I would stay here again!
We stayed 3 nights. This home is amazing. Sat around the firepit each night and cooked on the grill. It is located perfectly in town to everything. Shopped, drank wine at several wineries, went to Bourbon Fest at Copper Mule and hung out at Tin Mill Brewery
We absolutely love this house! It was our 2nd year in a row and we’ve already reserved it for next year! Plenty of room and you can’t beat the location.

Great location; beautifully decorated; plenty of space and amenities. Only issue was that it was a little cold in the house and we couldn’t actually find contact info to call if we had an issue.
This is a beautiful home, with all amenities included. Just a short walk out the back gate to downtown wineries, the shuttle service, the Amtrak station, shopping & coffee! The stairs are a little steep to the upper two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but the three of us really enjoyed our stay!TWe used one of the two downstairs king-size bedrooms and bathroom, which worked wonderfully for our stay too! We would all highly recommend staying at this delightful, historic home! When we return to Hermann, MO, we will definitely stay here again!
Property was large and comfortably fit 4 couples for a birthday wine weekend. Our host even allowed us an earlier check in so I could put up decorations as a surprise for the event! Central location to many of the wineries and distilleries in town too. Only complaint was there were several large flies in the building and wasps right outside the back door. Very small in comparision to the wonderful weekend we had wondering around the town.
The house was absolutely perfect for the 6 of us girlfriends. The owner has it decorated so darn cute, we all wished we could live there! Location of the house is wonderful, close to all the shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, the house was very clean and the backyard was SO nice to sit outside and relax. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Hermann! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!

Great house , great location! Have not been able to communicate with owner to check in or out?? Sent several messages with no answer.
The house was good, especially the beds and living room, kitchen, and back yard! It was close to the downtown area so we could walk to most things. Some of the outdoor furniture was broken. And there were lots of bees. The steps to the upstairs were steep especially for older people. The description on the bedroom and bathroom locations were confusing on VRBO (we didn’t realize 2 of the 3 bathrooms were upstairs. Still, we enjoyed our stay!
This is the cutest house! We booked this house for a wedding and it was perfect. We had 2 couples and 4 kids and this house was plenty spacious. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable. The property is beautiful and it’s very close to all the cute shops in downtown Hermann. We will 100% stay here again! Also, the hosts were extremely gracious to mail my husband’s belongings back to us after we got home and realized we left a few items there. It was so much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!
Cute house. Well maintained. Perfect for a group of girls to enjoy Hermann. Easy check in and check out. I do think the oven temp needs adjusted. It probably is about 50 degrees lower than it should be. Also- plan to pack waters as the city water is a bit sulfur smelling. Fine for showering and bathrooms, but not for drinking.
This is a nice place to stay. It is right there by downtown and provides walking access to many shops, breweries and distilleries. It was clean and comfortable. We only had a couple of hiccups but they were resolved. Be sure to check out the book with instructions for the heat. We were there on a cold weekend and were confused at how to operate the heat as it was marked a/c only. We did have an issue which the owners dealt with and we appreciated that so much!We would stay here again. Only thing-upstairs bathrooms are not conducive for taller people with height of ceiling and showerhead. But-again it did not stop our enjoyment of the location.
We stayed here the weekend our son got married. We were very impressed with the decor, and space within the house! There were 6 of us and there was more than enough room.
The location is PERFECT for exploring the town on foot.
The upstairs bathrooms have tiny showers that don't seem to get hot water, but the main floor bathroom gets warm enough.
More importantly, the only thing keeping me from booking again would be the beds in the rooms on the main floor. Both rooms have king sized beds, which is larger than expected, but they are the firmest most uncomfortable mattresses. This could be corrected by adding mattress toppers, and it is desperately needed!
I really hope owners read this and make that change because I would absolutely LOVE to stay here again with my family, but we have to be able to sleep.
