  • Welcome to the TiniMar Dune Residence in the seaside resort of Bansin.

    Enjoy your stay right by the sea in the seaside resort of Bansin! The Dünenresidenz, located on the beach promenade, offers spacious holiday apartments with high-quality, tasteful furnishings. You can’t get any closer to the beach than this.

    The “Tini Mar” holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Dünenresidenz Bansin. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people for a relaxing holiday. The bright living and dining area features a sleeper sofa (which can accommodate one additional person), a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, and microwave), and a dining area for four people.

    From here, you have access to the south-facing terrace with a beach chair. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and a closet. The interior bathroom features a sink, shower, and toilet. For your convenience, an initial supply of linens (bed linens and towels) is provided.

    You can park your car in the parking space in the underground garage that comes with the apartment (maximum height: 1.90 m, maximum width: 2.30 m, maximum length: 5 m).

Kleine Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage an der Strandpromenade. Gepflegt und sauber. Was uns gestört hat warendie dicken Oberbetten, in denen wir sehr geschwitzt haben und die fehlende Ausstattung, es fehlten Messer wie Brot und Schälmesser u.s.w. und eine Schere. Ansonsten war diese Wohnung schön.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr gut gelegen.Nicht weit zum Strand ist gleich an der Prommenade und zu Gaststätten und Geschäften alles in paar Minuten zu erreichen. Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt.Kann man gerne weiter empfehlen. Super perfekte Betten und Bettzeug was wir so noch nicht hatten sehr angenehm geschlafen.
