This lovingly and meticulously renovated wooden house, dating back to the era of seaside resort architecture, accommodates up to 8 people, as well as two toddlers under two years of age in a travel cot. There are four bedrooms in total. Three bedrooms are located in the main house, while the fourth bedroom is situated in a separate, charming retreat in the annex, offering additional privacy. As soon as you enter the house at garden level, you feel transported to another era. Historic details, stylish furnishings, and modern amenities blend together to create a unique holiday experience. On this level, there are two cosy bedrooms with double beds (1.60 m wide), one of which is a walk-through room. The rear bedroom has direct access to the terrace. Chests of drawers and a spacious built-in closet in the hallway provide ample storage space. This floor is complemented by a guest bathroom and an extraordinary bathroom with a glass shower and a freestanding lion-foot bathtub. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the middle floor. The meticulously restored parquet flooring lends the rooms a warm and elegant atmosphere. The separate kitchen is equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. The large American-style refrigerator by Smeg offers plenty of space for culinary supplies. A small east-facing balcony invites you to enjoy your first cup of coffee of the day in the morning sun. Adjacent to it is the stylish dining room with an antique dining table and a historic tiled stove. With its bookshelves and cosy seating area, the living room evokes the feel of a salon from days gone by. Here you’ll find peace, comfort, and plenty of space to relax. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player has been discreetly integrated into the decor. From the balcony, you can look out onto the garden with its hammock. The veranda leads directly to the path to the beach. In the attic, a cosy studio awaits you with two single beds beneath an ornately decorated exposed beam ceiling. A stylish Barcelona Chair with a footstool invites you to read and relax. Another bathroom with a shower and toilet completes this floor. The fourth bedroom is located in a separate, approximately 30 m² retreat in the annex. Equipped with a double bed, its own shower room, and a small kitchenette, it offers an ideal retreat for travelling friends, grandparents, or older children, combining privacy with the comfort of a shared holiday. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made and towels will be provided for you. Two outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the house.
