New! Year 2017! Modern, spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with south facing terrace! Comfortably furnished with very good amenities! 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and tub, additional separate WC, living area with open kitchen, double sofa bed and chic dining area, furnished terrace. The apartment has a parking space on the property. The beach promenade is about 300m away. is about 8-10 minute walk to the town center and the famous Ahlbeck pier. The access by car is via the Ferdinand-Egelinski Street.

By 1900, built villa in a seaside style in the heart of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The Villa Margarete is located in a quiet yet beach-front location in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The fine Baltic Sea beach is approximately 300m. Shops and restaurants are also easily reached within walking distance. All apartments feature a free parking space at the house. The Villa Margarete is slightly higher in the mountain road, which is a beautiful view from the results continue building. Apartments no. 5 to no. 8 are located in the newly constructed building, which was completed in spring 2017. Even train passengers reach Villa Margarete very convenient. Access is via the Ferdinand-Egelinski Street. The apartment belongs to the car park is signposted.

Perfekte Auszeit

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung gebucht um uns eine Woche eine Auszeit zu gönnen. Die Anfahrt war etwas schwierig da die Parkplätze nicht über die vermittelte Anschrift zu erreichen sind (Straße noch nicht fertig gestellt).Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade war nur dass die Außenanlage/ Zugangswege noch nicht fertiggestellt waren und im oder am Haus Arbeiten stattgefunden haben. Auf Grund dessen sind immer wieder Handwerker über unsere Terrasse gelaufen. Eine Info vorab diesbezüglich wäre schön gewesen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß mit einer kleinen ausreichenden Terrasse für 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer befindet sich je ein TV. Die Einrichtung ist gehobener Standard mit einer zusätzlichen Toilette neben dem Badezimmer. Das Boxspringbett hat für einen angenehmen Schlaf gesorgt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Der nächste Bäcker ist einige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Lediglich die Parkbuchten sind für die heutigen Fahrzeuggrößen eng bemessen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß ungefähr 400m. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
