From here, you have access to the sunny south-facing balcony, which is furnished with Garpa garden furniture and a sun lounger. Adjacent to the master bedroom—featuring a double bed and a large built-in closet—is a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub, a large glass-enclosed shower, and a double sink. And the best part—as soon as you wake up in the morning, you can gaze out from your bed over the rooftops of the first row of houses to the sea! A second, smaller bedroom also features a double bed (1.60 m), and a second bathroom with a shower is available. A very special highlight is the huge 100-square-meter rooftop terrace (accessible via the apartment’s own spiral staircase), which offers a fantastic view of the sea and Heringsdorf.
