Vacation Apartment 18 at Villa Cosima will welcome guests starting in January 2025 and extends a warm welcome to you in Bansin. The 45 square meters have been cleverly utilized and furnished to a high standard, so you’ll quickly feel at home here. The living area features an open layout with a cozy sitting area, an armchair, and a large flat-screen TV. You can use streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime with your own login credentials. The high-quality kitchenette, perfectly equipped for preparing your own meals, blends seamlessly into the space. It includes a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, and a radio with Bluetooth. At the adjoining kitchen table, up to three people can comfortably enjoy breakfast or plan joint vacation excursions in the surrounding area. The bright sitting and reading area in the glass-enclosed loggia is particularly pleasant—it’s also a great place to wind down at the end of the day. The fold-out sofa in the living room can be used as a sleeping area for a third person (sleeping area: 1.45 m x 1.90 m). For your comfort, both the living room and the bedroom have fly screens on the windows.
The bedroom features a spacious double bed (sleeping area 1.80 m x 2.00 m) with an adjustable slatted frame. The high-quality mattresses and blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep.
