Villa Bella handicapped accessible apartment 1st row - Apartment 10

The Villa Bella is one of the oldest and most beautiful villas on the island of Usedom. It is located in a central location, directly in the first Row at the beach promenade. The exclusive restoration was completed in the year of 2003. The Villa presents itself externally in the garb of the imperial period. In the historic main building there are 8 apartments, which are complemented by 2 more in the garden house. The interior has a very high Austattungs- u. Comfort. All apartments have a separate parking space on the backyard of the property with its own lockable storage room for bicycles or two-wheeled vehicles.

Apartment 10 handicapped friendly:
The very sunny, disabled-friendly equipped apartment is accessible from the promenade from ground level, although through the sloping grounds, the apartment is located on the first floor. Spacious living room with fully equipped open fitted kitchen (very good equipment incl. Dishwasher, microwave, oven), seating area and dining table with ample legroom as well as cable TV and audio technology, tiled floor. Fully furnished bedroom with a barrier-free high-height bed, wardrobe and carpeting. Bathroom with shower and toilet free sales. The apartment has a semicircular balcony, which is accessible via two doors. A parking lot, a separate storage room on the property as well as laundromat and Münztrocker are also available. There is a deposit of 50 euros for the radio remote control for the bollards to driving on the promenade.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
