Usedom To Hus—the name says it all, because you’ll quickly feel right at home in this holiday home. During the renovation in 2021, great emphasis was placed on creating a harmonious interior; modern elements blend with the high-quality solid wood furniture to form a cohesive overall design. The holiday home is a detached property situated on the fenced-in lot of a historic apartment building and offers plenty of space and privacy for up to four people. The 78 square metres of living space are cleverly distributed across two floors. On the lower level of the house is the large, bright entryway with a spacious dining table, as well as the open-concept living and kitchen area. Thanks to the large windows facing the garden, plenty of light floods into the room. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and glass-ceramic cooktop. All daily necessities, such as a coffee maker and toaster, are of course provided. The TV, complete with a soundbar, is cleverly mounted and can be positioned to face the couch. From the living area, you can access a small terrace. The large terrace, complete with a patio umbrella and outdoor furniture, is located in front of the apartment entrance. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Also on the ground floor is the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and natural light. A narrow staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses the two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed; the second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and is ideally suited as a children’s room. The bed is standard size (200 cm x 90 cm each) and can support adult weight, so adults can also sleep here. Both rooms can be darkened with pleated blinds and have storage space for your clothing. For young guests, children’s amenities are available, including a Trip Trap children’s chair or, alternatively, an Antilop high chair, a travel cot (without linens but with a mattress), a nightlight, a changing pad, and a baby bathtub. A parking space next to the house is reserved for the apartment. If you bring your own bicycles, you can store them in a lockable bike shed.
