About this property

Spacious apartment in a quiet central location, only 50m to the beach

  • Our comfortable and well-furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the house island beach and features a bright and spacious living room with kitchenette and a separate bedroom with king-size bed, and a spacious terrace with garden. The living room couch can be pulled out and used as needed as a bed for up to two people. The bath is separately accessible from the hallway and thus from both rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, and new crockery and cutlery. An initial bed linen, towels and a parking space are included in the rental. For beach promenade is only 50 meters.
