Das Zimmer war gut, das Frühstück sehr gut, das Personal war hilfsbereit und nett. Eher schlecht war der Wellness Bereich: die Sauna hat immer mal wieder die Temperatur verloren, die Duschen haben nicht gut funktioniert, eine war nur kalt, die andere nur warm, teilweise sogar zu heiß und es sollte ein Hinweis angebracht werden, dass die Dusche aktiv abgestellt werden muss, es war öfter der Fall, dass sie gelaufen ist, ohne das jemand geduscht hat. Gefehlt hat eine Kopfstütze in der Sauna, eine Brillenablage davor.

Sehr schöne Zimmer aber die Zimmer sind sehr warm es gibt keine Klimaanlage und das ist minus Punkte für eine 4 Sterne Hotel. Würde nie wieder reservieren.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine gute Auswahl und war absolut zufriedenstellend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Pool im Wellnessbereich – ideal zum Entspannen.

An der Sauberkeit des Zimmers kann gerne noch etwas garbeitet werden. Personal grüßt wohl auch nicht so gerne. Dennoch aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage am Meer. Parkmöglichkeit kann NICHT reserviert werden. Mit etwas Pech, wenn die Tiefgarage (ist nicht im selben Haus) voll ist, steht man dann auf dem Gemeindeparkplatz (gegenüber der Tiefgarage). Von den Kosten her nimmt sich Tiefgarage (Hotel) und Gemeindeparkplatz nicht viel. Frühstück ist frisch, lecker und reichhaltig. Hotelbar ist auch üppig bestückt. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut.

Es handelt sich bei dem Seetelhotel um eine 4-Sterne Einrichtung. Das Frühstück samt dem Service- und Küchenpersonal hat diese Kategorie verdient. Ganz anders leider der Zimmerservice. Die Reinigung wurde nur oberflächlich durchgeführt. An manchen Tagen wurde der Fussboden nicht gesaugt, die Betten nicht ordentlich gemacht und in meinen 12 tägigen Aufenthalt wurde die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt. Oft fand die "Husch husch" Reinigung erst spät am Nachmittag gegen 17 Uhr statt. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, weil ich gewisse Erwartungen an ein 4 Sterne Hotel habe, die dadurch nicht erfüllt wurden. Deshalb bin ich sehr zurückhaltend mit einer Weiterempfehlung.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal an der Reception sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit Balkon mit den Tischen und Sesseln sehr fragwürdig. Wurde nie gereinigt während 14 Tagen viel verschmutzung durch Vögel. Läst sich schwer verhindern. Pool und Wellnes stand leider nicht zur verfügung. Defekt.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub, Service sehr gut , alle Mitarbeiter super freundlich, sehr sauber, auch die Zimmer, Frühstück war total lecker, würde immer wieder gerne kommen. Macht weiter so 👍👍

Sehr gute Lage und mit Tiefgarage.

Alles super und wie erwartet, tolles Früstücksbuffet. Der Teppich in unserem Teil des Hotels könnte mal erneuert werden. Lage 1a! Mit Tiefgarage.

Schwimmbad leider geschlossen. Nach Kontakt mit der Rezeption sollte das Schwimmbad nächsten Tag geöffnet werden...dann gab es leider nur einen Zettel im Fahrstuhl bis 16.11.2024 geschlossen....Sehr ärgerlich. Umgebung top mit tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Vorab: der Mitarbeiter Herr Lev war äußerst freundlich und absolut bemüht für uns Lösungen zu finden. Das restliche Personal empfanden wir eher als genervt/überfordert und weniger bemüht. Parkplatz: eine kleine Katastrophe, am Tag unserer Anreise waren keine Parkplätze mehr vorhanden. Uns wurde einer zugesichert am nächsten Tag 10 Uhr. Nächster Tag 11 Uhr gab es immer noch keine, wir sollen nachmittags nochmal nachfragen. Nachmittags hatten wir dann endlich einen EIGENEN Parkplatz, jedoch als wir weg fuhren und wiederkamen stand jemand fremdes auf unserem Parkplatz und mussten somit wieder bis zum nächsten Tag warten. Frühstück: 4 Tage in Folge keine Salami, jeden Tag wurde uns erneut zugesichert es gäbe sie am Folgetag wieder. Man musste lange warten bis essen wieder aufgefüllt wurde am Buffet. Zimmer: Handtücher wurden bei Reinigung mitgenommen, jedoch nicht vollständig wieder aufgefüllt. Dusche bei Ankunft außer Funktion - dies wurde auch erst am nächsten Tag nachmittags behoben. Bar: da wir mit Hund angereist sind und es im barbereich nur begrenzte Plätze mit Hund gab wollten wir abends gerne noch draußen ein Bier trinken und eine rauchen. Wir haben um 2 Polster gebeten - hier wurde wir recht "unfreundlich" darauf hingewiesen das die "Terrasse/Treppe" heute geschlossen ist . So sind wir zu einem anderen hotel gelaufen und haben dort draußen noch etwas getrunken. Barkeeper wusste nicht was ein Lilet ist, Verständigung teilweise schwierig.
