Located in a quiet residential area, this detached and newly renovated home offers plenty of space for the whole family to relax and enjoy their holiday. The renovation achieved a harmonious blend of new, nautical design elements and cosy comfort, and the needs of guests of all ages were taken into account, so you’ll quickly feel right at home in our holiday home.
Your holiday begins the moment you step into the house on the ground floor. A spacious entry area with a foosball table and a fireplace awaits you—ideal for taking a break or enjoying an evening activity. The first of the three bedrooms, equipped with a comfortable double bed (sleeping area 1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a chest of drawers, is located on this floor, as is a small guest bathroom. Separated from the living room only by a lockable door, you’ll find the highlight of the holiday home: the separate indoor wellness area with its own swimming pool and counter-current system (approx. 20 square metres), an infrared sauna, and cosy loungers. The glass front can be fully opened, allowing you to relax in the garden after a sauna session or a swim. Various lighting scenarios create a pleasant atmosphere in this area, especially in the evening hours. Wind down the day in the water and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. A shower and a separate bathroom round out this area.

A staircase leads you to the ground floor of the house. You’ll immediately be charmed by the home’s open-concept design. The entire living area, featuring a cosy couch and a large flat-screen TV (where you can use your own streaming services like Netflix or Amazon Prime), is decorated in light colours and creates a uniquely harmonious contrast to the warm wooden elements of the ceiling and staircase. A large wood-burning stove with a bench retains heat and creates a cosy atmosphere, especially during the cooler months. Plenty of firewood is provided. The kitchen-dining area has everything you could want. You can prepare your own meals on the induction cooktop of the kitchen island while your family helps you cook at the kitchen table. An oven and many helpful utensils are provided; a filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included, as are a bread slicer and a Jura fully automatic coffee machine. You can enjoy family meals at the large dining table or on the adjoining balcony. A high-quality Weber grill is available for your use, as is your own beach chair. From the southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery. An awning provides shade on warm days. Thanks to the open floor plan and the many large windows, the entire level is flooded with light and particularly pleasant. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (sleeping area 2.00 m x 2.00 m) featuring electrically adjustable slatted frames, a large built-in closet, and blackout curtains. The bathroom, which receives natural light, features a walk-in shower, a spacious corner bathtub, a bidet, and a toilet. On the floor above, the playroom for our little ones (furnished with a high-quality Funzy play sofa and carefully selected toys) is connected to the third bedroom via a loft. A small desk can be used for working from home. The bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and is also equipped with a closet and its own TV. There is also a separate guest bathroom on this floor. Please note that headroom is limited due to the sloping ceiling in the upper area.
The staircase to the second floor can be secured with two stair gates, ensuring that even the youngest guests can enjoy a safe stay. A high chair and a travel cot with a mattress are provided. All rooms have fly screens on the windows. In addition to the blackout pleated blinds in the bedrooms, the exterior roller shades can be lowered.

You can, of course, use the house’s high-speed internet (500 Mbps) free of charge. The basement of the house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as ample space to hang your laundry. For your convenience, there is a lockable bike storage room equipped with charging stations for e-bikes. Two parking spaces are available on the property. A lovely playground in the immediate vicinity ensures the kids will never get bored.
