A great view over the sea and the beach from both rooms is provided by this warm, comfortable apartment for two people. The stylish furnishings convey a Mediterranean atmosphere with a lot of atmosphere and thus ensures a relaxed holiday mood. The 7-square-meter balcony opens the view to the sea and to the south-facing Schloonsee. The use of washing machine and dryer is in the house for a fee of 4.00 € possible. In the period from the beginning of May to the middle of October, the apartment B 17 in the Dünenresidenz weekly bookable from Saturday to Saturday. Already included in the price is the use of the pool in the partner hotel Admiral up to and including 30. November 2018. From 01. Dec. to presumably 29. Dec., the swimming pool at Hotel Admiral is closed for routine maintenance. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home In 2019, the pool use in the partner hotel Admiral is included in the price.

Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31.  August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. Highlight on the Bansiner beach promenade - highest holiday comfort in a perfect top location In the best location of the famous seaside resort is the 2005 Dünenresidenz. ��Two of the three buildings are directly parallel to the beach promenade - the third house is oriented to the mountain road and offers lovely views to the idyllic Schloonsee. The small garden in the courtyard of the ensemble has been equipped with a fountain of granite blocks. Underground parking, bicycle storage facilities, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement.
