In Holiday Apartment 4 on the ground floor, the elaborately crafted ceiling stucco—a typical feature of old villas—is an especially charming touch. The living area with an open kitchen, the glassed-in veranda, and a bedroom (double box-spring bed, 1.80 m x 2.00 m) with a small bay window can accommodate 2 adults [&] 1 toddler (up to 3 years old in a travel cot). Upon request, we provide a travel cot (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our little guests. For your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Relax by the crackling fireplace and enjoy the Usedom sun on your two balconies. Arrive, unwind, and enjoy your holiday.

Beautifully restored and exclusively furnished, the apartments offer you a fantastic holiday home close to the beach (just 80 m) in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. As a special highlight, each apartment features a wood-burning stove. The sister building, the Bismarck Residence, features a sauna area (for a fee). Each apartment has a parking space in the underground garage for vehicles up to 1.90 m in height (parking spaces are relatively narrow; limited turning space). For your convenience, an initial supply of linens is provided. Please note that firewood is not provided in the apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
