Vacation apartment 2.2 - 1 room vacation apartment - Haus Goodewind

Modern, comfortable 1-room NON-SMOKING apartment (35 square meters) on the mezzanine floor with a balcony facing east (courtyard). The apartment is equipped with a double bed (1,60 x 2,00 m), a sofa bed (on request a free cot and highchair), a dining table and chairs, sofa, cable TV, radio with CD player, kitchenette (with a dishwasher, 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc.), and a bathroom (with shower / toilet). Pets are only allowed on request and payable with a pet cleaning fee of 20, - €. Bed linen and towels (initial supply) are rentable for 10, - € p. Pers. (Please the keyholder preorder.)

The Villa & # 132; Goode Wind & # 147; is directly behind the Ahlbecker pier in a very quiet side street. The apartments are located on the mezzanine floor and have a central location. You are close to the train station, shopping, the Baltic Sea spa (spa stays), the beach promenade and the cinema. In the basement there is a lockable bike room, a washing machine and a dryer. Ostseethermen- Card & # 147; inclusive for all guests! Smaller pets on request possible (20, - & # 128; final cleaning)! In the basement are a laundromat / dryer available. As a partner of the Ostsee-Therme "Usedom" we offer our guests a special service, you get 50% discount on the entrance fee to the spa, when and as often you feel like swimming and sauna fun have (card deposit: 5, - & # 128 ;, Repayment on departure). Please note that the spa will be closed 14 days in January for maintenance every year.

Akzeptable Wohnung mit bester Lage

Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung zu einem fairen Preis bei bester Lage. 2 Minuten bis zum Strand,das Meer kann man vom Haus aus sehen. Kritik hätte ich hier bezüglich des Mobiliars einzuwenden: die Wände könnten mal einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen und das Sofa sollte man gegebenenfalls auch mal ersetzen da es schon auf der Sitzfläche reißt. Die Fenster sind nicht mehr die dichtesten, man hört die Möwen so laut als würden sie im Zimmer sitzen. Aber dafür ist es auch ein älteres Haus. Und: das WLAN, welches kostenlos ist,kann man definitiv nicht gebrauchen!
