The space
The apartment is a brand-new, bright and carefully furnished one-bedroom apartment located in a quiet, secure and upscale residence.
The living room features a comfortable seating area, a TV and a dining space. Its large glass doors open onto a furnished terrace with sea views, ideal for breakfast, relaxing in the sun or enjoying beautiful sunsets.

The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, fridge-freezer, gas cooktop, Nespresso machine and everything you need to prepare your meals.
The modern bathroom includes hot water, a hairdryer and a bidet. Air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi are available throughout the apartment.
On the terrace, you will find an outdoor lounge area, dining space and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your evenings overlooking the sea.

Guest access
You will have the entire apartment to yourself, with complete privacy and independence.
A private parking space is reserved for you in the secure underground parking area of the residence. Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM using the keypad lock. Your personal access code will be sent to you before your stay.
I remain easily reachable before and during your stay to answer any questions or assist you if needed.
