The 5,000 m² pond, located in front of the cottage, is perfect for a peaceful stroll, a boat ride, or even a fishing trip (carp, tench, roach). In spring, the grounds burst into a thousand colors thanks to lotuses, roses, hydrangeas, and many others.
Access to the cottage is through a working farm, where dairy cows live, whose sounds you might hear from time to time, as the animals roam freely in the meadows surrounding the property.

Here, there are no mosquitoes, only a few flies typical of the rural setting.

It's not uncommon to spot deer in the neighboring fields. A cat sometimes wanders around the cottage.

The cottage is very well equipped, with everything you need for cooking and two comfortable bedrooms.

From Laval, take the D31 towards Ernée, then the D107 towards Saint-Denis-de-Gastines, then Colombiers-du-Plessis. Immediately after, turn left towards the church square, then turn right. You will pass near Hercé; turn right and follow the sign for "La Haie Peau de Loup". You will pass through a farm, and then you have arrived.
