Good location (bus stop right outside the hotel). The reception staff was very helpful - managed to organise a taxi for us at a reasonable price on our only day to visit Zeus cave. Thanks for a great stay at Heraklion!

The hotel is on the edge of a couple of interesting areas, a square by a cathedral and a large area of pedestrian friendly streets with dozens of restaurants and cafes. There is also a mini Mart within sight to the left of the entrance and to the right is a supermarket a couple or so blocks away.

The welcoming of the staff quite impressive its in a central location not far from anything.The rooms seem to be tired but everything works ,Good breakfast could not ask for more.it is the type of hotel for short stays.

Over night stay before flight next day , good location for town centre,and easy connection to airport bus stop outside hotel.All staff helpful specifically the man on reception during evening made it feel like home would definitely return in future.

Excellent , value-for-money hotel in the centre of Heraklion close to restaurants and food stalls .10-15 -minute walk from the waterfront .The bus to the airport passes on the other side of the road .As the hotel is on a main road it can be a little noisy but no problem with wax earplugs .The breakfasts -included in the price- were fine, and the staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful .I'd happily stay there again .

Staff were incredibly kind! We showed up early around 11am & our room was already ready which was so nice after flying in from Athens that morning. The free breakfast was decent & I had no issues checking out early. My only complaint is they gave us a sheet but no actual blankets so it was a bit cold at night. Also, no laundry facilities as stated on the page.

The hotel was clean, safe, staff were helpful, breakfast was good, close to shopping and facilities. There was an incident with an unruly guest and it was delt with quickly and professionally. Would stay here again.
