Overall, it’s pretty nice.
This property is okay. It’s not spectacular but it’s not horrible ether. If you don’t believe in supernatural activity it’s great however if you do, stay far far away.
Pros:
-Kitchen Appliances all recent and work great
-Eric the owner is very quick to answer his phone and communication is great.
-very clean and tidey.
-kitchen has basic plates/spoons etc
-Location is excellent as it is near absolutely everything you may want and need.
Cons:
-Shower is only luke warm at best and tub feels like it’s 100 years old and the faucet feels like it’s about to fall off.
-very dark and no exterior lighting in front.
-very slippery wood exterior on property.
- The “Lake” is more a puddle that the next door property shares.
-beds are only full and very uncomfortable
-pictures do not show 3rd apartment at all. It is a basement level unit.
-there Are 3 units and all of them are extremely different in shape and size.
If you are looking to book just one of the units I suggest unit 2. It is the most spacious and has the nicest kitchen/living room set up. Unit 1 is cozy but extremely tiny and Unit 3 is the basement level where there is no actual dinning area. Overall I can’t complain, it’s a house and it kept us warm and dry.
