This was a fantastic stay! They thought of absolutely everything and our family was comfortable our entire stay. The house was easy to access and had a great location, and had the perk of being close enough to downtown to be able to walk.

4th of July weekend

We visit Hendersonville often and really enjoyed this year’s celebration. I could not have picked a better location than this property. A five minute walk to a brewery where we had a great view of the fireworks and just a few more blocks to downtown. The clean well appointed property is one we will definitely use again in the future.

This little gem was a great find for our Sisters trip. Great space and plenty of room. Well worth the money. The only thing we would suggest is a little more outdoor seating. Maybe just some portable lawn chairs.

Short Vacation in Hendersonville

The exterior was attractive and the grounds well maintained. The interior was clean, well appointed, well decorated, very quiet, spacious, and comfortable. As advertised, the house is close to downtown Hendersonville with all of it’s shops, restaurants, and music venues.

Great house and location!

We loved our stay here! House was just as described, very clean, and lots of fun extras! My five year old loved playing the board games and reading the children’s books. Walking distance to the breweries, a nice playground, and the downtown area. This house is behind another, but has a fence around the yard and feels really private. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Spot!

We booked this VRBO for our family to stay while they visited as our house is too small for guests. They really enjoyed it and the house is absolutely beautiful and has everything they needed. We were able to check in early which was an added bonus. My only complaint is that if I had known exactly how amazing the VRBO was I would have taken it and made my family stay at our house - which isn't nearly as cozy! I've saved this to my favorites in case we need to book a local property again, this will definitely be my go-to. The hosts were amazing and I am so happy with our booking!

Yellow Door Charm for the win!

We came to Hendersonville to spend time with family who live in Mills River and Fletcher areas.) We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. It is immaculate, so beautifully decorated and so convenient to downtown Hendersonville! We enjoyed being able to walk to great restaurants and shopping. Would love to return. Well, appointed, walking distance to downtown

Very clean, network speeds of 30Mb download and 6 Mb upload, lots of channels on the tube, games, books, close to the greenway. Crawling distance from The Brandy Room, M&T distillery, guidon brewery, or Celtic creamery. Everything you need for a safe clean home base for exploring all the area has to offer

We were in town for a weekend wedding and this property couldn’t have been better. The house was very clean, well stocked and exactly as advertised. 3 couples stayed here during a family reunion. The home was very comfortable, clean, modern, and well equipped with everything we needed. It is a pleasant walk from the house into downtown Hendersonville. Some minor feedback is that we found the foam mattress toppers (there were 2) on the queen bed room (not the master bedroom) to be very squishy and uncomfortable. We removed them for our stay and found the mattress itself to be quite comfortable. Thank you.

Hidden Gem!

Was a little worried because of how Waze took us into this house. But, we were pleasantly surprised and the house was absolutely perfect. Kids walked in the door and said, “this place is nicer than our home”. The twin beds in the spare room could definitely use a piece of plywood or something under the mattress, because the kids complained about being able to feel the springs. Other than that, we have zero complaints and would totally stay there again.

Great little cottage!

This trip was two senior couples getting together for the weekend. The host's communication was 5 star. Everyone remarked, on opening the door on arrival what a cute cottage it is. Comfortable, clean, with everything you needed for the stay. There was tea and coffee, a snack basket and everything you could need...pretty much a home from home. Whilst very close to a lot of things it felt tucked away enough from the local hustle and bustle. The first evening we walked around the corner to Guidon Brewery for a few drinks and food and to get a feel for the area. the next morning we walked to 'Pops' diner for a great breakfast. Was a great base for us to do a little tour of other breweries and hikes. Ample parking for 2 SUV's
