Beautiful log cabin very private with abundant hardwood tree and mountain laurel with views out every window of surrounding mountains, kitchen has granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances, the whole cabin has new furniture with some custom pieces, floor to ceiling wood burning real rock fireplace, ash hardwood flooring on main level, has a large master bedroom with king size bed, the master bath has imported stone flooring, marble counter top on vanity with large stone tile shower and 6' free standing cast iron tub. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs also large upstairs loft area with sectional sofa and a 52 inch flat screen TV all TVs are hooked up to Dish Network, upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed with upstairs bathroom which has a tub shower combo with stone tile flooring and granite counter top on vanity, the downstairs living room has a pull out sofa. This cabin lets you also bring the living outside with a large front porch and side deck just off of this deck is a large custom fire pit, grill (charcoal) and covered hot tub area. This cabin is non smoking.

We planned a weekend getaway near hiking and waterfalls and wanted a cozy cabin to stay. This place was Amazing. Very clean, log cabin look and feel. Could not see any other homes around us so it was totally private. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. We will absolutely stay here again.

Girls Weekend

This cabin is beautiful, clean, and fully stocked. The beds were the most comfortable of any VRBO I've stayed at. Asheville was a 30 minute drive. Hendersonville has a cute town to shop. Pop's Diner is a must for breakfast.

Great Stay and Great Location

We have a wonderful time in this beautiful cabin. Everything in the cabin was outstanding from the decor to the beds. The construction of the actual cabin is superb, seeing that the winds were at least 20+mph at times, not a draft in the house. Very well built. We would definitely come back to this cabin, and we absolutely recommend this place to anyone as a place to stay.

Wonderful place

The cabin is top notch. The location is private but not far from activities. The hot tub and the fire pit are very nice touches, especially since firewood is provided. Todd and Lori do a great job communicating and addressing any issues that may arise. I look forward to staying here again.

Very flexible hosts with just the right amount of check ins. Beautiful and well-appointed home like you lived there—enough paper products, soap, garbage bags, etc. so that you didn’t have to bring or buy your own Secluded home, without feeling isolated, not far from restaurants, stores, and attractions. My family and I needed a 4th of July break near Lake Lure. This cabin was simply wonderful. Great location. Best little cabin in the woods

I loved everything about this place including Todd who was an amazing host. We were 3 ladies on a mother daughter trip to "Asheville" but I wanted a cabin in the woods so we ended up here. I will be back!!! We only popped into Asheville once and that was for lunch after visiting the Biltmore. We loved this area much more! Loved the wineries, the little downtown, the gorgeous nature. I am already thinking about when I can come back and who gets to come with me!

A cozy gathering place

This wonderful home-away-from-home has something for everyone. There’s a kitchen with everything you need, comfy reading spots by the indoor fireplace, picnic spots, play areas, front porch rockers…wonderful places to gather and make memories. We noticed so many well-crafted details in the cabin, and we were delighted to see that the house was decorated for Christmas. The place was spotless, and there were plenty of resources provided for fun things to do in the area. It was just the right size for our family. We take our time finding the best rental houses, and this was another winner. Thanks to the owners for creating such a welcoming space!
