This comfortable, spacious home is the ideal vacation home for your gathering of friends and family.
Just 3 short miles into downtown area and a short drive over to the DuPont State Forest or onto the Ecusta Trail for hiking and biking adventures.
A flat gravel driveway and plenty of parking, easy to find and easy entry in.
Step inside to the Main Level.
The spacious eat in kitchen is well designed & well equipped for your meal times with your family and friends.
Inviting and comfortable living room includes plenty of seating and lamps to read by, and 65" Smart TV.
Sleeping quarters:
The main level offers 3 bedrooms, 2 guest bedrooms offer queen beds and full bathroom #1. The 3rd (primary) bedroom offers king bed and ensuite bath.
Washer and dryer is in closet outside kitchen for your convenience.
Step out onto the oversized screened in deck overlooking the pond and woods. Dine outside at the dining table seats 6-8 and string lights for ambiance in the evenings.
Downstairs area:
The finished downstairs includes the 4th bedroom and full bath.
You will enjoy the downstairs area offering a mini kitchen, sectional couch, tv, gas fireplace and game table with plenty of games.
NOTES: there is a wood fireplace that is not in working order. Please leave alone, enjoy the gas fireplace.
There is a 2 dog limit and a 100 Pet fee.
A note from the Owners- Our story:
This property has been in our family for 4 generations and all of the surrounding property belongs to family members as well. It is a true private retreat where we have many memories.
The pond was built by our grandfather and his brothers and their families; we hope you will enjoy the view and walk around it. Wildlife is abundant here- keep and eye out for deer, turkeys, fish, turtles, and an occasional bear! Please respect all of nature and treat the property with care. Hendersonville has so much to offer, and we hope you will create wonderful memories here during your stay!
