"For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. The sheets were clean and crisp with good pillows. Nice amenities in the room - micro, fridge, hair dryer, large TV."

"It was great! We came for the Aggie football game. They won! Life is good!So nice that all bedrooms have king size beds! And nice size bathrooms! The house is easy to get to all places in College Station. We had a delicious breakfast Sunday morning before we left. Beautifully arrange fruit treys, croissants, delicious bacon and eggs, and the best link sausage I have eaten!Thank you for the lovely stay! We will be back!"
"Overall, this studio was really nice on the inside. The main issue I had was that it is literally feet from the railroad tracks and it was LOUD! They provide a white noise machine and earplugs but those don't help. It should be in the property description because I did not know it was close to the railroad tracks until the evening before when I received the check-in instructions. I honestly would never have stayed here if I had known because I am a very light sleeper. So, 2 nights with no solid sleep was rough. There were 5 trains in 3 hours on Saturday morning - it's just too loud for me. The communication could have been better with the host - I never got a message confirming my stay and I ended up having to get the phone # from VRBO so that I could text them. So, I feel that the communication could have been better. But other than that, it's a beautiful studio inside but just too loud with the train."
"I used this property for my construction crew. The location was great, very clean, and the property owner was awesome. He kept me informed on everything going on and if I needed him to check anything out, he was fast to respond and handle it. I will defiantly use this property again for future projects. "
"We came in for our daughter’s wedding and this place was a perfect location. We were able to enjoy downtown Bryan and it was a close distance to the wedding venue. We really enjoyed it! "
"This is a great house with a wonderful back yard! Great location to restaurants and bars and a quick drive to the A&M campus. The house is stocked well and it was an overall positive stay for our son’s graduation! "

"House was wonderful. Pictures and descriptions match what you get. It’s priced appropriately and would prefer to stay here over a hotel. The owner is very prompt when messaged, friendly and helpful. Would book again."
