The house is my great-grandfather’s former farmhouse; he was the last miller in Hem-Hardinval. The atmosphere here is peaceful: you’ll enjoy a private, enclosed courtyard with no neighbors directly across from it, featuring cob-walled outbuildings, across the street, a view of the banks of the Authie River and the mill, and access to a private garden opening directly onto the Authie, next to the mill. The Authie River is right in front of the cottage, on the other side of the road.

Ideally located at the crossroads of Doullens, Naours, Saint-Riquier Abbey, Amiens, Arras, Abbeville, the Somme and Authie valleys, Albert, the World War I battlefields, and the beaches of the Baie de Somme.
