"Our stay was so perfect. The resort is Beautiful. We travelled as a family of 3 With our 7 year old son. We had a great time. The breakfast was the best part of the day. So many varieties. "This is the most wonderful country hotel, perfectly situated with so many amazing amenities. I swam in the heated pool in the middle of winter. I didn't have a bathing costume but could buy one at a very low price. Sham our walking guide was fantastic. All the staff without exception were friendly and helpful. The hotel somehow discovered it was my birthday and made birthday cake for me, and all came to sing happy birthday. That was so touching, unexpected and wonderful - thank you! My room was absolutely beautiful. I hope to return one day soon."

"We stayed at the Shambala for 5 days. The staff was very helpful and assisted us whenever we needed help. Rooms were cleaned daily! We ate many meals here( breakfast daily) and felt food was safe for an American stomach. Very respectful staff, always bowed with a Namaste every time we encountered them! Yes we recommend!!"

"Room was clean n new. The located in great area. The only little thing I would suggest was , please try to have machine coffee instead of instant one. Lumlol (i hope I spelled right) was very helpful n nice. I will stay again next time. "
