Lovely and spacious newly built house of 130 square meters in the middle of central Höganäs. Here you have a good starting point and proximity to the whole of Kullabygden.
A short walk to the beach, close to many shops, farm shops, restaurants, cozy cafes, golf courses, skatepark and more.
The house has an area of 130 m2 in a very open floor plan. Upstairs is furnished with two bedrooms. A bed space in each bedroom. Downstairs: a bedroom with king size bed, living room a well equipped kitchen with dining area and a large bathroom. New equipment and machines. The tenants have their own large wooden deck. Privacy with peace and quiet is guaranteed.
