"Nice and quiet place, property could use some proper cleaning, like the mattress were full of food, when you opened the window there was built up dirt, broken shower door, broken outside furniture, waking up at 4am because the curtains were not dark at all was not pleasant. "We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. I was with a family of 5, and none of us had ever rowed a boat a day in our lives. Had i known this upfront i would never have booked this lodge. THIS ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH...

When we arrived later in the evening we found the only way to the front door was crossing a rickety, rotted out deck with nails sticking up all over.
