"Beautiful place, beautiful views. The management team responded pretty quickly to texts/emails. Reply was "we'll get with our team." When we checked in at 4:00, the pool did not work. A nice gentleman came out and got it working, but still we were without that important amenity for probably 20 hours out of our 42 hour stay.
