3 bedroom lovely home in Hejls

A beautiful, well renovated and well thought out cottage.



The house is located at the end of a closed street to an open area overlooking the water. The cottage, which is on two floors, has a high ceiling on the first floor, which gives light and a wonderful sense of space. The house exudes quality and is furnished in a modern style. There are two good bedrooms with double beds and lofts and an extra bedroom with a good sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and is in open connection with the living room, where there is both a fireplace and a heat pump. From the living room you can access the beautiful terrace, which offers plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a quiet stay. The only bathroom in the house is sufficiently large. On the second floor there is also a beautiful viewing room from which you can enjoy the view of the water in Lillebælt. In the basement there is an activity room with billiards and table soccer. In the adjacent disused garage there is space for a table tennis table. The house has a number of stairs and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Nature-loving vacationers will love spending the night in the shelter in the garden.

Visit the market town of Christiansfeld, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List, or Kolding, with a variety of experiences - whether you're looking for a children's vacation, an active vacation, or an art and culture lover. Here are the art museum Trapholt, the Koldinghus, the pedestrian streets with the cozy cafes or the Kolding Storcenter, which tempts with its many stores under one roof to power shopping. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderbar! Nur wenige Minuten entfernt liegen der Strand und zwei Spielplätze – perfekt für Familien. Zwar ist das Haus selbst nicht allzu groß, doch durch den Anbau der zweiten Ebene bietet es ausreichend Schlafplätze und jede Menge Raum für Kinder, um zu spielen und Neues zu entdecken. Zwei Dinge haben uns jedoch gefehlt: Ein Trockner wäre bei einem längeren Aufenthalt, besonders an regnerischen Tagen, sehr praktisch gewesen, und größere Kochtöpfe wären in der ansonsten gut ausgestatteten Küche eine tolle Ergänzung, da die vorhandenen Töpfe recht klein sind. Abgesehen davon ist das Haus einfach fantastisch, und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!
