"Nice bungalow with good outdoor spaces, but with a few issues - some strange lighting arrangements where you have to plug a cable in to turn on a light, and the bedrooms are tiny, with a very noisy/squeaky bunk bed in one of them Decent shower, and kitchen seems well equipped. We were not told that soap and toiletries are not provided, but the host was very communicative and helpful, and dropped some off for us anyway."

"Unser Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung war okay.Die Ausstattung an Büchern, Spielen auch für Kinder, inklusive einer Toni-Box ist sehr gut.Die Küchen Ausstattung ist etwas speziell und etwas zusammen gewürfelt. Dessert Teller gab es keine. Und die Küchen Schränke mit dem Geschirr hängen so hoch an der Wand, daß eine Körpergröße von mindestens 170cm schon gut wäre.Das Schlafzimmer ist super ausgestattet. Gute Betten und Bettzeug."

"The room was very clean, very spacious, the front desk people were so helpful. We decided to take the breakfast and so glad we did. It was delicious with made to order eggs, omelette. Highly recommended"

"Positiv: das Hotel und die Zimmer sind von der Ausstattung her sehr schön. Das Restaurant mit Dachterrasse und Blick auf den Dom ist ein wirkliches Highlight. Die Lage ist prima, die Innenstadt gut fußläufig erreichbar, Bushaltestellen liegen gleich um die Ecke. Negativ: die Zimmer auf Etage 0 vermitteln ein Souterrain-Feeling. Beim Check-in war um 15 Uhr nur ein Schalter besetzt, es war gefühlt nichts vorbereitet und Debit-Karten konnten nicht gelesen werden. Das führte zu einer sehr langen Wartezeit. Beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen herrschte das völlige Chaos, zwischen 9 und 10.30 Uhr musste man in einer Schlange bis in Treppenhaus anstehen, vor den Kaffeemaschinen war ebenfalls Schlange stehen angesagt."

"This is an excellent hotel. The location is fabulous, super close to everything. The rooms are beautiful, bed big and extremely comfortable and location is quiet although close to everything. Breakfast is great, good choice and quality. Staff very polite and helpful. Offside parking just a short walk, perfect to stretch yourself and dog. The executive double has a bath, great, the lovely Rituals aren't as accessible but easy to work around. The coffee machine in reception is nice, be careful, cups are machine size and when full to brim need two cups to hold, and unlike me, don't take a sip to try and reduce volume unless you are prepared for burnt mouth. Overall highly recommended this hotel."

"It was such a new concept but basically perfect to a fault, I only suggest for a English program be added to the TV programme, the children love it even friends that visited could not believe the concept and perfection and quality. I will surely use it next time even the fridge were stocked with drinks for guests use at no extra cost the bed was massive and quality bathroom. I love ❤️ it."
