Objekt Ok, Anreise (CHECKIN) ungenügend
Das Haus ist sehr praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Alles da, alles sauber... TOP. Aber der CheckIn/Schlüsselübergabe nicht gut geregelt. Es gab mehrere Anreisebeschreibungen. In einer steht: "Schlüsselkasten am Haus". (aber da ist gar keiner) in einer anderen steht "Schlüsselkasten an der Rezeption" aber da war der Schlüssel nicht, denn der Ferienparkt besteht aus 2 Pakrs mit 2 Rezeptionen. Wenn man im Dunkeln anreist kann man das nicht erkennen und so standen wir vor der falschen Rezeption, diese ist in einem großen Haus super zu finden. Dir 2. Rezeption liegt hinter Bäumen, ist auch nur ein kleiner Container und Licht ist dort erst wenn man in die Nähe kommt. Bessere BEschreibung wäre sinnvoll...

Kurzurlaub mit Töchtern und Hund
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Park ist schön und der See für eine kleine Joggingrunde ideal.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Auch der Aussenbereich des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Der Wasserkocher nicht brauchbar, da die Sicherung herausflog. Dem Service gemeldet, jedoch ist nichts passiert. Eine Toilette war in den letzten drei Tagen undicht
konnte nicht mehr genutzt werden.
